Great human material.
We are building a better world with great human material and fulfilling the mission of making humanity better with people and technologies.
Four commitments we are willing to be judged on.
People before platform
Technology is the instrument. The people operating it, and the people living with its results, are the point.
Public benefit first
Much of what we touch is used by everyone and chosen by no one. That raises the bar on us, and we accept it gladly.
Independence is not optional
Whoever we build for keeps control of what we build. Nothing we deliver creates a dependency on us, or on anyone outside the country it serves.
Say what is measured
Published numbers come from the site. Everything else is described as a projection and labeled as one.
Established in Israel, built for anywhere.
We began from a simple observation: most of the problems that grind people down are not waiting on a discovery. They are waiting on a group of people willing to look at them honestly, choose them deliberately, and see the answer all the way through.
We work directly with the people who own the problem — in government, in business, in a foundation or a hospital — starting at one site and extending outward only once the results hold. What proves out in one place is built to travel to the next without being started again from nothing.
We choose our work, and we say why.
A problem has to meet all three of these before we will put our people on it. Saying no to the rest is what lets us say a real yes here — and we would rather be honest early than agreeable and wrong.
It costs people something real
Time, safety, dignity or opportunity — measurable and felt by people who never chose to carry it.
Nobody has solved it properly
Not because it is impossible, but because it is unglamorous, politically awkward or simply nobody's job.
We can be held to it
There is a figure we can agree in advance, publish afterwards, and be judged against in public.
Small group, whole problem.
We stay deliberately small. The same people who sat in the room when the problem was described are the people on site when the answer goes in, and the people who report what it did. Nothing is handed to an account team.
That has a cost — we can only carry a few problems at once. It also means nobody here can hide behind someone else's summary of how it went.
What we will not do.
Stated plainly, because a group is defined as much by its refusals as by its work.
Sell the tool as the answer
If the problem does not need what we happen to have built, we say so and walk away.
Publish a number we cannot stand behind
No projections dressed as results, and no percentages without the measurement behind them.
Build a dependency on us
Every engagement is designed so the client could carry on without us and lose nothing.
Take work we cannot be held to
If nobody can say afterwards whether it worked, it is not a problem we will accept money for.
Who you will be working with.

Sets what we take on and what we decline, and stays accountable for both.

The dashed treatment is how this system says a slot is genuinely open.
