From one junction to the whole network.
Deployment runs in four stages. Each one has to produce a measurement before the next one starts.
Survey the site
We audit the junctions, cameras and controllers already in place, establish a baseline from live traffic, and agree with the authority exactly which figures will be used to judge the outcome.
Install on existing hardware
The system goes onto equipment the authority already owns and stays inside its network. Nothing is replaced, nothing leaves the country, and the traffic department keeps manual override throughout.
Run the pilot and measure it
The pilot runs against the baseline agreed in stage one. Every decision the system takes is recorded and reviewable, and the results are reported as measured — including the ones that do not flatter us.
Extend across the network
Once the measurements hold, coverage widens junction by junction. The authority's own team operates the system, with our engineers on hand rather than in control.
Three things, before stage one.
A named owner
One person inside the authority who can approve access and sign off the baseline figures.
Access to the site
Physical and network access to the junctions in scope, and the existing controller documentation.
An agreed measure
Written agreement on which figures decide whether the pilot succeeded, set before it starts.
